2) Delivery / Provisioning (Digital Services)

Access to the SaaS platform is typically provisioned immediately after successful payment and onboarding. Professional/onboarding services are scheduled per the order form or SOW.

3) Return Policy (Physical Goods, if any)

• Return window: 14 days from delivery for unopened/unused items in original packaging.
• Defects/DOA: Report within 7 days for replacement or refund after inspection.
• Process: Email support for an RMA and return instructions. Buyer pays return shipping unless defective or incorrect item shipped.
• Exclusions: Digital services, licenses, and downloads are not eligible for “returns.”

4) Refund & Dispute Policy

• Duplicate/erroneous charges: We investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full refund.
• Professional/onboarding services: Non-refundable once work has begun (unless required by law).
• Subscriptions: Prepaid fees are non-refundable after the billing period starts. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the paid term and won’t renew.
• Trials/promos: Special terms at sign-up control. Trials convert to paid unless canceled before the end of the trial.
• How to request a refund: Email [email protected] with account email, invoice number, and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original method (5–10 business days, card-issuer dependent).
• Chargebacks: If you don’t recognize a charge, please contact us first. If a dispute is filed, we submit order/usage evidence.

5) Cancellation Policy

• How: Cancel any time from your account billing page or by emailing [email protected].
• Effective date: End of current billing cycle; no further renewals are charged.
• Data export: Export your data before cancellation. We retain account data for [90] days after expiry per our Privacy Policy, then delete or anonymize it.
• Reactivation: You can reactivate later by selecting a plan and paying applicable fees (previously deleted data cannot be restored).

6) Legal / Export Restrictions

You confirm you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of any embargoed, sanctioned, or restricted jurisdiction, and are not a denied/restricted party. You will comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws and will not use the services for prohibited end-uses.

7) Promotions — Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility & period: As stated in the promotion.
• Limits: Non-transferable; cannot be combined; no cash value unless stated.
• Scope: Applies only to the listed plan/services; excludes taxes, third-party add-ons, and overages unless stated.
• Post-promo pricing: Standard rates apply unless you cancel before renewal.
• Abuse: We may reject/revoke benefits for fraud, abuse, or Terms violations.
• Returns/cancellations: Promotional value may be forfeited or adjusted.
• Changes: We may modify/terminate a promotion where permitted by law.
